Book a Wolf service call

Two ways through and no third: call the number below, or take a two-hour window on the booking page. Visits run 8:00 am – 8:00 pm, seven days across Redmond and the plateau; the phone itself is answered 24/7. If you can smell gas, stop reading and call.

Take a two-hour window

Booking runs on our scheduling page, so you can see what is actually free and take it. A model number and a sentence about the fault is usually enough for us to load the right part before setting off — the difference between one visit and two.

  • Phone (425) 905-2822
  • Hours 8:00 am – 8:00 pm, seven days · line answered 24/7
  • Service call $89, credited against an approved repair
  • Coverage Downtown Redmond · Overlake · Education Hill · Redmond Ridge

If you can smell gas, do not book online — call (425) 905-2822 and we will treat it as urgent. The line is answered 24/7.

  1. Pick your slot Day and arrival window, chosen by you on the booking page. Tell it which Wolf appliance is playing up and roughly what it is doing — that is usually enough for us to load the likely parts before setting off.
  2. We confirm by text You get a real two-hour window and the name of the technician who will be at the door — never an all-day wait and a shrug.
  3. Measured, then priced The visit is a $89 service call. Gas pressure, element and sensor resistance, board voltages — measured, not guessed. You get the part and labour price before anything is opened up, and the service call comes off the total in full if you approve the repair.

In their words

What Redmond kitchens say afterwards

  1. Our thirty-six inch range lost its low simmer, dropping out whenever the flame went below halfway. He cleared a partly blocked orifice and reseated the burner cap. Low heat has been steady all month.

    Elke H.Education Hill

  2. Touch panel only answered every third or fourth press, always near the front edge. Moisture had crept under the glass to the control ribbon. He fitted a new panel and sealed the edge properly.

    Yannick S.Overlake

  3. Island hood vibrated the ceiling joists whenever it ran above the second setting. A loose transition at the duct collar was the whole story. He shimmed and resealed it, and the rattle has gone.

Booking questions

Anything not covered here, ask on the phone — we would rather answer it than have you guess.

What happens after I book?

Your slot is confirmed by text on the number you booked with, along with the name of the technician. We check we have the likely parts for the fault you described before the van sets out. Visits run 8:00 am – 8:00 pm, seven days.

Do I need the model number?

It helps a lot but it is not required. The rating plate is behind the oven door, under the front lip of a cooktop, or inside the hood above the filters. With it we can load the right parts before setting off, which is often the difference between one visit and two.

Is there a charge if I decide not to go ahead?

The $89 service call covers the visit and the full assessment whether or not you proceed. If you approve the repair, that $89 comes off the total in full.

Can you come outside normal hours?

Work is carried out 8:00 am – 8:00 pm, seven days, and the earliest slots each day go first, so book ahead where you can. The phone itself is answered 24/7 — call rather than book online if you can smell gas, and it gets priority over routine work.
