Oven quit completely partway through a self-clean and the door stayed locked. A thermal fuse had opened, which is apparently the design doing its job. Fuse replaced, latch freed, cleaned up after himself.

My Wolf induction zone flashes and will not heat. Is it broken?
Usually not. On current Wolf induction tops the control flashes when it cannot find a pan it can heat, then switches that zone off after about 30 seconds. Try a pan a magnet sticks to firmly. If the zone still flashes with that pan, call Redmond Wolf Repair on (425) 905-2822.
Nothing on my Wolf cooktop responds to touch. What should I try first?
Look for the lock symbol. Current Wolf induction and electric tops lock themselves after ten idle minutes and after a power cut, and holding Lock for three seconds releases them. If the lock light is off and the controls still ignore you, switch the breaker off for 30 seconds before you call us.
The igniter on my gas cooktop keeps clicking. Can I leave it?
After a spill or a wipe-down, turn the knob off and let the burner dry; a hair dryer on low speeds it up. Clicking with every knob off that will not stop is different: switch the cooktop off at the breaker and call Redmond Wolf Repair, (425) 905-2822, the next morning.
Do you work on Wolf rangetops as well as cooktops?
